No Cavity Club

Here at Dental Associates, children under the age of 14 can join our No Cavity Club! With a “cavity free” dental visit, they can become members of Dental Associates’ NO CAVITY CLUB and receive the following:

• A cool club certificate to show off to their family and friends.
• Their name and picture posted on Dental Associates’ Facebook page.
• Their name added to our monthly drawing for a prize from Dr. Nick!
